I hate the taste of apple cider vinegar. But I love the health benefits apple cider vinegar provides. I bought these apple cider vinegar pills so I did not have to keep swallowing the liquid. ACV liquid gives me heartburns and acid reflux. It's also just not very convenient having to drink liquid. These apple cider vinegar tablets are easy to swallow and relatively small. I've noticed increased energy and it helped boost my immune system when I was sick. I also like that this apple cider vinegar formula includes other antioxidants and superfoods like Spirulina. Shipping was very fast and customer service is excellent. I will keep using it.

After only three weeks of use, I am very glad to write that my possible, testing, and transition from liquid Apple Cider Vinegar to a pill based form does seem to be effective. Results are that I get to sleep and rest without the foot and leg cramps wich bothered me so much. I do hope to report back in June as I continue this test the pill. I know the liquid works. I hope to avoid the strong taste of the liquid.
